DuxWare offers fast and friendly support by phone or email. They also believe in staff training and offer 2 hour web-based training sessions or onsite at DuxWare training. If you would like DuxWare to provide onsite training additional fees will apply but is possible.

DuxWare offers HIPAA security features like automatic user log out after 30 minutes of idle time, Password resets after 30 days, Audit logs throughout the software, and User level access.
DuxWare is 128 bit encrypted and includes daily data backups. You have access to your software and data 24/7 except for scheduled maintenance times.
DuxWare stores their servers in a facility that has security cameras, armed guards, and offers back up generators in case power goes out.
