Healthpac's support and training
Healthpacs support hours are available from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in each client’s time zone Monday – Friday excluding holidays. First year clients get free after hours support 24x7 all other clients will be billed for after hour phone calls.
Healthpac offers all new clients 20 hours of custom programming of computer configurations along with being onsite during your “go live” day. Online web-training will be offered along with a User Training manual for reference. Healthpac has a users forum for questions and answers.
