In addition to the Lytec's three server-based medical billing software packages, there are also three separate Lytec Add on modules: Code Import, Medical Connect and Lab Connect.

Lytec Code Import allows offices to quickly upload the most current diagnosis, procedure and HCPCS into your Lytec practice management software. Medical Connect allows clients to be interfaced with Lytec practice management software and EMR companies from ChartingPlus by MediNotes and SpringCharts EMR. Lytec Lab Connect transfers patient insurance and demographic data from Lytec to laboratory lab order entry system.

Lytec and eService Solutions

Lytec understands the need to use eServices for quicker payout by insurances and to make offices more efficient. Lytec offers several different eService options that can be purchased and used at any time.

Lytec's "New" features

Some of Lytec's new features include: Co-payment through the appointment scheduler, pre-payment accounting, Task scheduling, Automated appointment recalls, Image scanning, Additional reporting options, Back up and restores data automatically and many more.

Lytec Technical Support solutions

Lytec support is a per month, quarter or year agreement packages. Once a support package is purchased the client gets unlimited support calls during that time frame. A one year lytech contract is $999.00 for unlimited calls.

Lytec supports their two most current versions. If you use the older versions of Lytec support will direct you back to those training manuals or local resellers for assistance. Lytec deals with issues addressed while using the software but they do not support training on how to do medical billing, network configuration, and hardware problems with computers.

Support calls can be logged Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 5:00 pm MST excluding holidays. Lytec Support does not accept emails or fax communications by clients. Lytec Resellers can be used to provide all of your additional support needs.

Extra Services not included in a standard support contract but could be purchased from Lytec are data file repairs, custom formatting for reports, and training on how to use Lytech. It is also possible to pay for a local Lytec resellers to come on site for support needs.

Additional support services offered by Lytec practice management software is a fully functioning Knowledge Base. Support cases already logged by other Lytec clients are detailed in a searchable option for other Lytec clients to review. This is great for weekends and evenings when regular Lytec support is not available.

Lytec offers for a price interactive Lytec training videos. It takes a user through step by step directions of how to setup and use Lytec software.
