After signing on with RealMed medical claims clearinghouse your medical office will be contacted by RealMed’s customer support department. They will schedule the training and be your main support contact.
RealMed Training
Training for your office staff can be completed in less than two weeks. Depending on the size of your company and location the training will be held either onsite or through web-based training with a live instructor. Clients can also choose to be trained with RealMed’s video software training product.
